DETOX AND WEIGHT LOSS TIPS:
Must read..!!
Weight gain and toxicity in the body increases due to many reasons like
• Improper and imbalanced diet (eating junk, processed foods)
• Sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle (no physical exercise or work)
• Emotional disturbances (Stress, trauma)

• Metabolic disorders (Ex: Diabetes)
• Kapha imbalance (body toxins)
• Constipation, gas and acidity issues (GID issues)
Just adapt these simple lifestyle and diet changes.
• Drink warm water (with lemon) as you wake up from the bed. Hydrate yourself whole day.
• Drink fresh juice smoothies made of green leafy vegetables or fruits before breakfast or on empty stomach. To detox and replenish your body with fresh nutrients
• Drink herbal or green hot tea after food. It aids in digestion.
• Drink more tender coconut water regularly and fresh sugar free orange juice

• Try oil free cooking. Use coconut, flax seeds and nuts instead of ghee and oils.
• Increase vegetables like cucumber, cabbage, bitter gourd drumstick.
• Include more salads (raw vegetables) or steamed or lightly seasoned vegetables in your meals.
Things to avoid:
• Avoid desserts (sweets, ice-creams, fruits chocolates) immediately after food.
• Avoid salt intake (as salt retains water and increase water weight and aging)

• Avoid acidic food and go more for alkalising foods
• Avoid starchy vegetables and go for high fibre food and vegetables.
• Avoid tamasic heavy foods and rajasic hot foods that imbalance the pranic levels and moods.
• Avoid hurry eating, stress eating and emotional cravings for foods.
Tips for healthy eating:
• Like a mixer jar leave quarter of your stomach empty. Never eat full stomach.
• Use smaller plates and bowls and limit your portions size to be served.
• Never skip breakfast. Never starve yourself. Never have late dinners. Avoid fasting or feasting.
• Lunch should be your biggest meal preferably between 12 to 2 pm when digestive fire is strong.
• Clear all junk foods from kitchen.
• Never stock processed foods, fried and bakery items or sweets or high carb foods like sweet drinks, chocolates, chips, cakes.
• Keep fresh fruits handy to consume whenever hungry or between meals or on empty stomach but not immediately after food or along with food.
Adapt simple changes in your lifestyle:
• Never go out to shopping, parties or work on empty stomach, else you will end up in binge eating or snacking junk and buying all unhealthy fast foods.
• Practice mindful eating, eat slowly enjoying every morsel of food to get mixed with saliva properly.
• Check your weight regularly. Wear proper fitting clothes. Never buy big size clothes thinking you will fit in them one day!
• Go for Panchakarma Ayurveda or naturopathy cleansing once in 6 months or years to remove toxins and rejuvenate your body.
• Bring some devotion into life and heart with attending some bhajans and Satsang as possible.
• Wake up between 4 to 6 am. Avoid sleeping in daytime. Sleep 6 to 7 hrs regularly. Practice going early to bed (before 10am)
• Practice 30 minutes regular gym or yoga (Surya Namaskar) pranayama (Right nostril or alternate nostril breathing) meditation, chanting to combat stress and keep the mind calm.
• Go for walking jogging cycling swimming gardening, spend time with nature
• Use tongue cleaner after brushing to open your taste buds and balance Tridoshas.
• Go for weekly once full body oil message (Abyanga)
• Take Triphala powder or tablets to balance Tridoshas.
And last but first… check-out all the unwanted undigested emotions, suppressed feelings... as they feed on you and make your hoard weight and toxins.. !

Chakra Functions and isues

Yoga practices and Yoga Philosophy was basically designed to bring spiritual evolution and upliftment of consciousness. But unfortunately Yoga Practices have become a mere superficial tool for treating physical illnesses and yoga philosophy is being studied as just university subjects without much being applied for its true purpose. Liberation of Energy(Shakti) through Shaktopaya(Energy Practices) and Expansion of Awareness (Shiva), through Shivopaya (Awareness Practices) and finally realise the true Oneness at all levels .Thereby experiencing the larger image of oneself and leading one’s life in accordance with that realisation. No doubt Asanas, Pranayama Mudras, Bhandhas, and Kriya practices, one may use of any number of healing aids like rudraksha, crystals, aromas, oils, herbs and more subtler practices like reiki, acupressure, mantra, japa, dhyana  seeking relief from physical and mental suffering . But until the root cause is removed (Avidya and Ajnana), the intellect is purified, lessons at each chakra level are learnt, limiting beliefs are uprooted and the blocks for spiritual flowering are not removed….. Suffering will never end, in turn it will return in various disguised ways.. Physical, mental, emotional, interpersonal, social, financial….. Forming endless cycles, chhakras(Wheels). Thus the habitual reoccurring patterns of the individual psyche is to be understood and worked upon through Chakra Yoga Philosophy and Practices, this is the smart way to prepare the body mind intellect(BMI)complex for the highest wisdom to dawn..!

Chakra Yoga Coaching is not about dumping information to gain degrees, it is about bringing the art and science of transformation by making the individual aware the issues at each chakra level, mind games, belief cycle, habit patterns, life style issues, through multisensory approach so that it penetrates into their daily life and behaviour, touching their hearts and enable them to discover their purpose and meaning of life. The beauty of this approach is it is the child of Modern Psychology and Ancient Philosophy.
