Chakra Functions and isues

Yoga practices and Yoga Philosophy was basically designed to bring spiritual evolution and upliftment of consciousness. But unfortunately Yoga Practices have become a mere superficial tool for treating physical illnesses and yoga philosophy is being studied as just university subjects without much being applied for its true purpose. Liberation of Energy(Shakti) through Shaktopaya(Energy Practices) and Expansion of Awareness (Shiva), through Shivopaya (Awareness Practices) and finally realise the true Oneness at all levels .Thereby experiencing the larger image of oneself and leading one’s life in accordance with that realisation.No doubt Asanas, Pranayama Mudras, Bhandhas, and Kriya practices, one may use of any number of healing aids like rudraksha, crystals, aromas, oils, herbs and more subtler practices like reiki, acupressure, mantra, japa, dhyana  seeking relief from physical and mental suffering . But until the root cause is removed (Avidya and Ajnana), the intellect is purified, lessons at each chakra level are learnt, limiting beliefs are uprooted and the blocks for spiritual flowering are not removed….. Suffering will never end, in turn it will return in various disguised ways.. Physical, mental, emotional, interpersonal, social, financial….. Forming endless cycles, chhakras(Wheels). Thus the habitual reoccurring patterns of the individual psyche is to be understood and worked upon through Chakra Yoga Philosophy and Practices, this is the smart way to prepare the body mind intellect(BMI)complex for the highest wisdom to dawn..!

Chakra Yoga Coaching is not about dumping information to gain degrees, it is about bringing the art and science of transformation by making the individual aware the issues at each chakra level, mind games, belief cycle, habit patterns, life style issues, through multisensory approach so that it penetrates into their daily life and behaviour, touching their hearts and enable them to discover their purpose and meaning of life. The beauty of this approach is it is the child of Modern Psychology and Ancient Philosophy.

We all suffer back pain ..for several reasons like any injury  stress  sports heavy workouts, weight lifting, sedentary lifestyle.. etc  Also we take several means like pills balms massage chiropractic till injections and surgery to get rid of it and get going!!
But how many think of Prevention !
Our back gets injured only when it becomes weak or less flexible or wrong body moves or due to over weight!
Then why not strengthen the back!!!
Make it more flexible and supple ??

WHY SHOULD CHILDREN LEARN YOGA??

The practice of simple postures, breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation techniques in a non competitive, nurturing environment instills confidence, self-regulation, and self-efficacy at the same time developing higher values like gratitude and optimism.” 

Children who learn yoga early on are physically healthier and mentally better adjusted. Ideally, when children learn at a young age the benefit of a committed practice, it ripples out into their everyday life activities, relationships, and responsibilities.

We all know that we are not just our bodies(the actions), we have a mind too, which is always running non stop! That is our likes and dislikes(the conditioned lower mind). 
Above that we have the intellect, the thinking part (or the analytic higher mind) constantly telling us what is right and wrong, which is sometimes guiding and sometimes conflicting with our mind. 
But where are these so called body, mind and intellect, when we are in deep sleep ? YES!! we are not aware of our 'body', nor aware of our  feelings or thoughts when we are in deep sleep.. then who are we in our deep sleep? 
We are resting in our Blissful sheath .. but we are not aware of it.. so we come out of the deep sleep again with the same forgetfulness and ignorance that 'we are just this body mind and intellect'!

That is why everyone is so fond of sleep.. because in sleep we are nothing, no mind no body, our so called identities the EGO  goes into the seed state in deep sleep. But as soon as we wake up, the EGO takes its full control of the body, mind and intellect and we are bombarded with our memories and desires and we jump into actions to fulfill them or express them. 
In due course we go on accumulating impressions and more and more desires and fears.. then where is the end!..!
So how to break this viscous cycle of ego, desire, fear and action how to consciously get established in our blissful state.. where there no thoughts and feelings, no desires and fears that bother us.. 
How do we realize our true nature that is free from all ego conditioning and impressions?
How to transcend these Pancha Koshas, the layers of existence... like a onion peels, covering our Inner Self? 
How to get established in our True nature.. that is peace and bliss?

It is a series of mindfulness meditation practices done using nada bindu and kala i,e. light sound and energy.

Atma, the soul is nada bindu kalathitha!
The Self is beyond light, sound and energy!

My body is aging!!! Can I do something about this? Can I slow down this?

Has such questions ever popped up in your mind? 
Yes!! We all know that as we grow in age, body starts deteriorating, metabolism slows down, fat starts accumulating, tiredness sets in, issues like diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, insomnia, respiratory disorders, weight gain, constipation, incontinence, cancer, arthritis, back pain, shoulder pain(the list goes on..) sets in. And we depend on pills and powders for keep the body going. This helps in balancing the Prana flow in the Ida & Pingala Nadi, thus rejuvenating the body. Also let us not forget healthy yogic diet and yogic lifestyle!
